Erdogan Congratulates Azerbaijan on Independence Day
Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Turkey, congratulated Azerbaijan Republic’s Independence Day on October 18 in a message posted on his account on the Turkish social network “Next Social.”
In this message, Erdogan wrote: “On behalf of my country and my nation, I sincerely congratulate our friend and brotherly country Azerbaijan on the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I offer my greetings to my brother Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan, and to my Azerbaijani brothers, with whom we have always been together in sorrow and joy.”
The President of Turkey also shared an image adorned with the flags of Turkey and the Republic of Azerbaijan in this message.
Also, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, in a message posted on its user account on “Next Social,” congratulated the 35th anniversary of October 18, the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In its message, the ministry wrote: “Happy 35th anniversary of the independence of our brother, the Republic of Azerbaijan!”
