Later, Özel addressed Israel’s seizure of a Turkish aid ship bound for Gaza. He condemned Israel’s actions, stating that even the delivery of basic food aid, such as pasta, to the people of Gaza is being obstructed. Özel called on the Turkish government to take a firm stance against such measures.
