Russia-Ukraine Talks to Be Held in Istanbul Tomorrow
Sources from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations are expected to take place tomorrow at 13:00 at the Çırağan Palace in Istanbul.
The Russian delegation will be headed by Vladimir Medinsky, an advisor to the country’s president. Meanwhile, Rustem Umerov, Ukraine’s Defense Minister, will lead the Kyiv delegation.
