Presidents of Iran and Turkey Held a Phone Call
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Masoud Pezeshkian, the presidents of Turkey and Iran, held a telephone conversation. During the call, Erdoğan and Pezeshkian discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Iran, as well as regional and international developments.
In the phone call with Pezeshkian, Erdoğan emphasized Turkey’s continued efforts to strengthen relations with Iran in the upcoming period. The Turkish president also congratulated his Iranian counterpart on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
