Turkey Condemns Israel’s Seizure of the Maddleine Ship Bound for Gaza
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a declaration that the attack by the Netanyahu government’s military forces on the Maddleine ship, which was intended to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, once again proves that the nature of the Israeli government is terrorist.
The statement read: “The intervention of Israeli forces against the ‘Maddleine’ ship, which was sailing in international waters to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza and had our citizens on board, is a clear violation of international law.”
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized: “This heinous attack by the Netanyahu government, which also threatens freedom of navigation and maritime security, has once again demonstrated that Israel is a terrorist state.”
The statement noted that Israel’s aggressive and unlawful approach will not silence the cry for the defense of human values.
