Turkey’s reaction to Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip: The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement responding to Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip this morning and the widespread violation of the ceasefire, declared: Israel, with its attacks on Gaza, violates international laws and challenges human values in the gravest manner.
The statement said that the killing of hundreds of Palestinians by Israel in this morning’s attacks on Gaza showed that a new phase of the genocidal policy of the Benjamin Netanyahu government has begun.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry stated: “The Israeli government’s aggressive approach threatens the common future of the region. It is unacceptable for Israel to drag the region into a new round of violence.”
The above statement emphasizes that the international community must take a firm stance against Israel to ensure a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and the delivery of humanitarian aid.
The statement also states: “We, as Turkey, reiterate that we will continue to support the Palestinian people in their just cause and support efforts to ensure peace and stability in the region.”

Turkey’s response to Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan regarding the situation in Gaza, stating that there is no such thing as a lasting peace in the mind of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He said: “Not only us, but the whole world believes this. He himself is not ashamed to declare this. We are facing Netanyahu and Israelis who are poisoned by power.”
He expressed hope that the grief and sorrow of the people of Gaza will end and said: “We are in consultation with Arab countries, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and European countries on this issue.”
The Turkish Foreign Minister clarified that the Israeli regime does not want any initiatives, including reconstruction and aid, that would enable the Palestinians to remain in the region.
Fidan continued: “Israel is pursuing a policy of dehumanization in Gaza, but in contrast to this policy, there is no will from the international community to reverse it.”
