Extraordinary Session of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye on Gaza
Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Numan Kurtulmuş, has called on members of parliament to convene for an extraordinary session on 29 August. The main focus of this meeting will be to present a report and examine various aspects of Israel’s attacks on Gaza, including genocide policies, acts of oppression, and the creation of famine in the region.
This initiative is part of continued monitoring of the recent developments in Gaza and assessing the international community’s responses to Israel’s actions.
Kurtulmuş emphasized that this session will be an opportunity to seek practical solutions and put forward proposals aimed at assisting the people of Gaza and confronting inhumane policies.
