Anti-ISIS operation in Izmir leads to the arrest of 13 suspects
The Office of the Prosecutor in Izmir, Turkey, has issued arrest warrants for 15 suspects, 12 of whom are Syrian nationals, as part of efforts to combat organized crime and terrorism.
Turkish security forces apprehended 13 suspects during an operation.
During the search of these individuals’ residences, one million three hundred sixty-one thousand liras in cash, a quantity of gold, and digital documents were discovered and confiscated.
The security forces’ efforts to apprehend the remaining suspects are ongoing.
