Condemnation of Israel’s Crimes in the West Bank by Erdogan
In a message on his X account, Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned the criminal actions of the Zionist regime in the West Bank.
The President of Turkey said on his X account: “I condemn Israel’s brutal intervention against the civilian demonstrations opposing the occupation of the West Bank, and for our citizen, Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who lost her life in this attack, I pray to God and ask for mercy.
As the President of Turkey, I am trying to end Israel’s policy of occupation and genocide, which has been ongoing for almost a year and has resulted in the deaths of 41 thousand people, including children, the elderly, and the young. We will continue to pursue justice and hold them accountable for their crimes against humanity.”
Since the beginning of Israel’s crimes in Gaza, Turkey has always been trying to reduce the level of killing and prevent the increase in attacks. Although some experts analyze that Turkey has maintained its relations with Israel in a complicated and secretive manner, Türkiye’s efforts to reduce violence and condemn the Zionist regime are significant.
