Erdogan: Our Nation Wrote a Glorious Epic on the Night of July 15

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of Türkiye, spoke at the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day commemoration ceremony held at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye under the slogan “The Name of Victory: Türkiye.” He stated:
“After the Battle of Çanakkale and the War of Independence, the Turkish nation wrote yet another heroic epic on the night of July 15, sacrificing their lives—an epic that will be remembered with pride until the Day of Judgment.”

He added:
“The truth that Türkiye is greater than itself was once again, and very powerfully, understood on the night of July 15.”

Honoring Türkiye’s martyrs, Erdoğan said:
“The night of July 15 was a difficult test that we, as a nation and a state, overcame with honor. This event was one of the most critical turning points in our country’s history.”

He emphasized:
“In the emerging multipolar world, Türkiye will attain its rightful place as a new pole of power.”

Referring to the dismantling of the PKK terrorist organization and the beginning of a terror-free era for Türkiye, Erdoğan declared:
“A terror-free Türkiye will initiate the process toward a terror-free region. We will advance swiftly toward the ‘Century of Türkiye.'”
