This specialized panel, held on Tuesday, July 24 at Tolu-e Mehr University, featured Dr. Hamed Roshancheshm, a faculty member of the university, as the keynote speaker. The discussants included Dr. Mohammad Torabi, Associate Professor of Political Science at Qom Islamic Azad University, and Dr. Reza Delavari, a faculty member at Tolu-e Mehr University, who examined the technological, political, and social dimensions of artificial intelligence in governance. The session was moderated by Jafar Ghasemi.
