Meeting between Erdogan and Aliyev in Antalya
Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of Turkey, stated during his meeting with Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, that Turkey and Azerbaijan will continue their efforts to strengthen cooperation in various fields, particularly in energy, transportation, and defense industries.
According to the Communications Directorate of the Presidency of Turkey, during the meeting between Erdogan and Aliyev within the framework of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, bilateral relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan, as well as regional and global issues, were discussed and examined.
President Erdogan stated that the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia is satisfactory.
He also announced that Turkey wishes to see Azerbaijan as the architect of peace in the South Caucasus and that Turkey is carefully continuing the normalization process with Armenia.
