Fidan: Preventing the return of war to the region is essential
Hakan Fidan, Turkey’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, stated on Wednesday: Extending the ceasefire, and more importantly, preventing the return of war to the Middle East (West Asia) is vital. Regarding Ankara’s continued efforts to join the European Union, Hakan Fidan also said: The European Union suffers from a lack of political will, and we hope to overcome this problem. There are many unresolved issues between Turkey and the European Union, while relations between Europe and Turkey should be based on sound cooperation.
