Turkish Foreign Minister Says Iran’s Response Was Legitimate
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan described Iran’s comprehensive defense and retaliatory devastating drone-missile attacks against the 12-day aggression of the Zionist regime as legitimate.
Hakan Fidan emphasized: *”What Iran did (in its overwhelming missile response to the Zionist regime during the 12-day war) was legitimate self-defense against Israel’s aggression.”*
Responding to the recent attack by the U.S. and the Zionist regime on Iran, the Turkish Foreign Minister stated: “We expected that the war would not remain limited to Gaza but would extend to another geography—and that geography was Iran. And that is exactly what happened.”
Hakan Fidan added: “What Iran did was within the framework of the right to self-defense.”
Referring to the reactions of the Zionist regime, he also said: “What we saw was that Israel is not the powerful state it claims to be—one capable of destroying Iran’s nuclear capabilities.”
