Ankara: We are trying to resume Ukraine negotiations immediately
An informed source in the Turkish government announced today (Saturday): Ankara is trying to resume negotiations regarding Ukraine in the very near future.
The informed source added: Ankara maintains its communication with all parties and is ready to play an effective role in facilitating the conditions for a return to the negotiating table and advancing the peace process.
It is worth noting that the last round of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv took place on February 17 and 18, hosted by Geneva, with the participation of Russia, Ukraine, and the United States, but subsequent meetings were subsequently suspended.
Previously, an informed source in the Office of the President of Turkey had announced, in a statement, Ankara’s readiness to host a new round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
