The foreign ministers of Iran and Turkey had a telephone conversation
The Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasizing Iran’s firm opposition to the forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza, described this plot as a continuation of the genocide plan in Palestine. He stressed the necessity of a decisive and coordinated stance by Islamic countries to counter this conspiracy and called for an urgent meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to address this issue.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs also referred to the positive and good relations between the two countries, assessing the recent political consultation meeting between Iran and Turkey, chaired by the deputy foreign ministers of both nations, as important and constructive. He emphasized the significance of maintaining regular consultations between the two countries to expand relations in various fields.

The Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs also expressed satisfaction with the good progress in relations between the two countries and emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
Hakan Fidan also welcomed his counterpart’s proposal to hold an urgent meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and emphasized the necessity of continued support by all Islamic countries for the rights of the Palestinian people.
