India’s Brazen Threat Against Turkey: Ankara Is Within Our Range
India has announced the successful test of the medium-range ballistic missile Agni-5, with an approximate range of 5,000 kilometers. This missile is said to be capable of targeting a vast portion of the Asian continent and even certain parts of Europe.
According to Indian media reports, in the coverage of this test, countries such as China, Pakistan, and Turkey were mentioned as potential targets. Some of these outlets used provocative headlines, including: “A nuclear-capable missile covering from Turkey to China” and “China, Pakistan, and Turkey are within our range.”
This is not the first time such statements have been made. Earlier, in May, one Indian media outlet wrote in a report about the same missile: “It can destroy Turkey in six minutes.”
In recent months, India has conducted several missile tests, including the launch of the tactical missile Pralay in July, and the testing of Prithvi-2 and Agni-1 missiles last month. The latest Agni-5 test has once again heightened tensions in the region.
