The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, in a statement, expressed its deep concern over the escalating tensions between Iran and the United States and clearly declared its opposition to any military action against Iran. In its statement, the ministry emphasized the necessity of resolving disputes exclusively through diplomatic solutions and dialogue.
Referring to the concerning situation in the Middle East, the statement called on all involved parties to adhere to the principles of the United Nations Charter and the rules of international law and to strive to maintain peace and stability in the region.
This position follows recent increased military activities, including threats from the United States and the deployment of military equipment to the region.
