While extending condolences for this tragic incident, we inform our esteemed compatriots that the committee investigating the causes of the fire incident at Shahid Rajaee Port, after holding several sessions with the presence of experts and specialists, announces the preliminary results as follows.
1- Negligence in adhering to safety principles and passive defense measures has been confirmed.
2- Instances of false declarations have been noted in certain cases, and security and judicial authorities are rigorously working to identify the offenders.
3- Determining the definitive cause of this incident requires comprehensive and thorough investigation of its various aspects, which, due to expert requirements, necessitates undergoing technical and laboratory processes. However, the implementation stages are being pursued promptly, and the findings will be announced to the public as soon as possible.
The esteemed compatriots are assured that all those responsible for this incident will be dealt with without any leniency. It is therefore requested that the news related to the cause of the incident be followed exclusively from this committee, which has been formed under the chairmanship of the Hormozgan Province governor.
