CHP Leader Özel: “We Will Help Youth Realize Their Dreams in Turkey”
Özel stated that many young people consider emigrating due to frustration with current conditions. Describing this as a critical issue for the country’s future, the CHP leader said his party aims to create the necessary foundations for youth to realize their dreams within Turkey’s borders.
Çankaya Mayor Hüseyin Can Güner, who also attended the opening, explained the municipality’s youth-oriented services. Mentioning educational support programs and social assistance for students, Güner said the new youth center would meet young people’s needs.
Speakers at the event also touched on the party’s youth policies. Özel referenced certain restrictions facing young people and stated that if CHP comes to power, it would create a more liberal environment for social and cultural activities.
Following the ceremony attended by local officials and youth organization representatives, guests toured the facilities of the newly opened youth center.
